Classes are taught on campus one weekend per month from 9 am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. A variety of teaching techniques and media are used throughout the program..
Courses can be taken one at a time, however there may be semesters where the next course in sequence is not available. Students typically take 2 courses per semester and finish the program in 28 months. To determine your personal path in the program, please contact the Nutrition Institute.
