As the Student Services and Operations Coordinator within the School of Business, I manage daily operations of the School of Business, oversee the resolution of student issues serving as an ombudsman, provide both graduate and undergraduate academic advising, prepare and analyze management reports, maintain compliance with operational policies, coordinate class scheduling and facility preparedness, coordinate internal and external communications and both marketing and student learning events, and provide general operational and administrative support to the Dean, School of Business.
