Visit UBNET. Creating your UBNet ID provides access to the myUB Portal, Canvas, Web Advisor, UB mail (available after registering for classes), financial aid package, your schedule, grades, and university notifications. You will need your student ID number in order to create your UBNet ID. This number is available on your acceptance letter.
If you already have a UBNET account you do not need to make a new one, you will use the same username and password.

Admitted students should work with their academic advisor on registration. Students should reach out to admissions to connect them with their advisors.
To apply for financial aid, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov. UB’s school code is 001416.
The Grad PLUS loan is available to approved students who wish to increase their financial aid amount. Students are allowed to borrow up to the cost of attendance, which varies program to program.
When available, your financial aid package can be viewed in the myUB student portal.

In order to accept your student loans, you must complete the Entrance Counseling and the Master Promissory Note (MPN) found at www.studentaid.gov before the start of classes. Your financial aid will not be disbursed until these items have been completed.

Health forms must be received by UB Health Services prior to the start of classes. Students need to submit a physical examination form, proof of immunizations, and proof of meningitis vaccination if living on-campus. Health forms can be submitted here https://bridgeporths.studenthealthportal.com/
Health Form A - Mandatory for all Undergraduates, Health Sciences Students, and International Students
Health Form B - School of Professional Studies, Domestic Graduate Students, Not including Health Sciences
School of Nursing and PA Institute: Health Screening Form - For Nursing and Physician Assistant students
School of Nursing and PA Institute: Immunization History Form - For Nursing and Physician Assistant students
TB Risk Assessment Form - In lieu of the PPD or IGRA requirement, this form can be filled out and submitted.

Students are provided with digital textbooks at no additional cost. If there is no e-book option, UB will provide students with a hard copy at no additional cost.
However, if there is a digital copy available and a student wants a hard copy, the student must pay for the hard copy. Textbooks are available closer to the start of classes.
Does not apply to students admitted into Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) joint program offered by Goodwin University and University of Bridgeport.
All final official transcript(s) and outstanding documents must be sent to the Office of Admissions before the start of classes. You may submit your transcripts electronically or via postal mail. The mailing address for the Office of Admissions is:
